Getting There

Walking
From the center of Pai, head southeast towards the Pai River. Cross the bridge and continue straight on Rte 1095. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach the intersection where you see a sign for Pai Canyon on your left. Take a left here and follow the road for about 2 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Chinese Viewpoint or follow the Unnamed Road. Continue up the hill for about another 1 kilometer until you reach the viewpoint.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Pai. Start at the Pai Walking Street and ride southeast towards the Pai River. Cross the bridge and turn left onto Rte 1095. Bike straight for approximately 1 kilometer and take a left turn at the intersection for Pai Canyon. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers, keeping an eye out for signs for Chinese Viewpoint. Continue uphill for about 1 kilometer until you reach the viewpoint.

If you can find a local place that rents motorbikes without requiring a license, start from the main street in Pai.
