If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Phetchabun town. Head north on Highway 21 and continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Highway 12. Turn left onto Highway 12 and drive for about 10 kilometers. Look for signs indicating 'Chon Daen District'. After about 10 minutes, you will see signs for Phu Khao Hin Pakarang. Follow those signs, and you will arrive at the location within a few minutes. Parking is available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Phu Khao Hin Pakarang using public transportation, take a local bus or minivan from Phetchabun's main bus terminal to Chon Daen District. Buses run approximately every hour, and the fare will be around 50-70 THB. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Chon Daen, take a motorcycle taxi or songthaew (shared taxi) to the mountain. This ride will cost around 30-50 THB and takes about 15 minutes to reach the entrance of Phu Khao Hin Pakarang.
