If you're in Patong Beach, head to the local bus station located on Rat-U-Thit 200 Pee Road. Take a bus heading towards Rawai. The fare is around 30-40 THB. The bus will drop you off near the Rawai Beach area. From there, you can walk to Long Beach, which is about a 10-15 minute walk. Just follow the beach road south, and you'll find Long Beach on your left.

From anywhere in Phuket, you can catch a songthaew to Rawai. Look for the songthaew sign or ask locals for the nearest stop. The fare is usually around 40-60 THB. Inform the driver you want to go to Long Beach. They will drop you off at the main road, from where you can walk approximately 10 minutes towards the beach.
