My partner and I had a great time learning all the secrets to Thai cooking.(remember, if you don't cough while you cook, then you don't have enough spice 😆)The in depth market tour was a great touch. The course was easy to follow. And nice and relaxed.

This was a great course, New was a fantastic teacher, very friendly, and taught us much more than expected. The visit to the market was great and new took us around explaining all the different fruit, veg, herbs, sauces and plenty of other things. Back at the school we learnt so many recipes. I would highly recommend this cooking school and New as the teacher
