Getting There

• Public Bus

  If you're starting from Patong Beach, head to the local bus station near the beach. Look for a bus heading to Phuket Town. The bus fare is around 30-50 THB. Once you arrive in Phuket Town, get off at the main bus terminal. From there, transfer to a bus heading to Mai Khao. This bus will take you closer to Sarasin Bridge. The entire journey may take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. After you arrive in Mai Khao, you can either walk or take a local taxi for the last few kilometers to reach Sarasin Bridge.

• Songthaew (Shared Taxi)

  From your location in Phuket, find the nearest songthaew stop. These are typically found in busy areas like Patong, Kata, or Karon Beach. Take a songthaew heading to Phuket Town. Once you arrive in Phuket Town, look for another songthaew that goes towards Mai Khao. Get off at Mai Khao and walk or take a local taxi to Sarasin Bridge. This method is a bit more flexible and may cost around 100-150 THB in total.

• Motorbike Taxi

  If you prefer a faster way, consider using a motorbike taxi. You can find these at popular beaches or around Phuket Town. Simply tell the driver your destination, Sarasin Bridge, and negotiate the fare (it should be around 300-400 THB from central locations like Patong). The ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic.

• Taxi

  For a more comfortable journey, you can book a taxi through ride-hailing apps like Grab. Open the app, set your pickup location, and enter Sarasin Bridge as your destination. The fare will vary based on your starting point, but expect it to be around 500-800 THB from popular areas like Patong or Kata. The ride should take about 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
