Walking
If you are in the center of Ranong, start at the Ranong Clock Tower. Head north on Rattana Rd towards the intersection with Thanon Chao Fa. When you reach the intersection, turn left onto Thanon Chao Fa. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Thanon Suan Phueng. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach Hat Som Paen. As you approach Hat Som Paen, look for local signs directing you to China Clay Mining, located at WMWP+9MM. The site will be on your right.
Public Transport (Songthaew)
From the center of Ranong, locate the nearest Songthaew (shared taxi) station, typically near the Ranong Clock Tower. Board any Songthaew heading towards Hat Som Paen. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the China Clay Mining site. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive, look for signs that will lead you to the entrance of the China Clay Mining area, which is located at WMWP+9MM.
