Getting There

    From the center of Ranong, head south on Thanon Phetkasem. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Thanon Ranong. Turn left onto Thanon Ranong and continue walking for another 1 kilometer. You will pass several local shops and eateries along this route. Once you reach the intersection with Thanon Ngao, turn right. Continue straight for approximately 2 kilometers. The entrance to Ranong Biosphere Reserve will be on your right, marked by a sign. The exact location is VJG3+4HG, Ngao, Mueang Ranong District.

  • Public Transport (Songthaew)

    From the main bus station in Ranong, take a Songthaew heading towards Ngao. The fare is usually around 20-30 baht. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Ranong Biosphere Reserve. The driver will drop you off at the nearest point to the reserve. From there, walk approximately 500 meters along the road until you reach the entrance of the reserve, which is located at VJG3+4HG, Ngao, Mueang Ranong District.
