Walking
If you are starting from the center of Rayong, head towards the Rayong Bus Terminal. From the bus terminal, walk east along Sukhumvit Road for about 1 kilometer. Look for the intersection with Chotana Road. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Chao Fa Road. Follow this road for about 500 meters until you see the park where อนุสาวรีย์ปี่พระอภัย is located. The monument is in the public park area, which is easily visible as you approach.
Public Transport
Begin your journey at the Rayong Bus Terminal. Take a local songthaew (shared taxi) heading towards Mueang Rayong. Inform the driver that you want to go to อนุสาวรีย์ปี่พระอภัย. The fare should be around 10-20 Baht. The songthaew will drop you off near the roundabout on Chao Fa Road, from where you can easily walk about 500 meters to the park where the monument is located.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer to rent a bicycle, look for a bicycle rental shop near the beach or in the town center. Rent your bicycle and head towards Sukhumvit Road, cycling east. Once you reach the intersection with Chotana Road, turn left and then follow the road straight to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Chao Fa Road and continue cycling for about 500 meters until you see the monument in the park.
