Confirm with the driver that they will be passing Sukhumvit Nakornrayong 64. The fare is usually around 10-20 baht. When you reach Sukhumvit Nakornrayong 64, ask the driver to drop you off at that stop. Walk a short distance to the entrance of ศาลสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสิน.

If you are already in the Tha Pradu area, you can walk to ศาลสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสิน. Start at the Tha Pradu Market and head east along Sukhumvit Nakornrayong Road. Continue walking for about 10-15 minutes. You will see the entrance to ศาลสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสิน on your right before you reach the intersection with Sukhumvit Road.
