From your location in Rayong city center, walk to the nearest Songthaew stop. Look for a Songthaew with a sign indicating 'Pattaya' or 'Sukhumvit Road'. Board the Songthaew and pay the fare (around 30-50 THB). Inform the driver that you want to go to Underwater World Pattaya. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you reach Sukhumvit Road, look for the entrance to Underwater World Pattaya, which will be on your right.

Find the local bus station in Rayong and take Bus 388 heading towards Pattaya. The bus fare is around 50-60 THB. During the journey, you will pass through various local areas. Keep an eye out for Sukhumvit Road; the bus will stop near the entrance of Underwater World Pattaya. When you get off, walk a short distance to the entrance of the aquarium.

You can easily find a taxi in Rayong city. Ask the driver to take you to Underwater World Pattaya located on Sukhumvit Road. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, which should be around 300-400 THB for the trip. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. The aquarium is located at 22 22 Moo 11, Sukhumvit Rd, so point this out to the driver if necessary.
