A common route is number 300, which operates frequently. Board the bus and inform the driver you want to get off at the Government Offices. The journey will take around 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the Government Offices are on the 3rd floor, easily accessible by the building's stairs or elevator.
Songthaew (Shared Taxi)
Locate a nearby songthaew stop, which are typically found in busy areas or markets. Look for a songthaew that indicates it goes towards Mueang Rayong. As you board, confirm with the driver that they will pass by Sukhumvit Road near the Government Offices. The fare is usually around 10-20 baht. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes. When you arrive at Sukhumvit Road, the Government Offices will be visible; just head towards the building entrance.
