Once you reach the bus terminal, look for buses heading to Langkawi, which is a nearby island. Purchase a ticket for the ferry service to Langkawi. After arriving in Langkawi, find your way to the main ferry terminal, and from there, take a taxi or local transport to Gua Kelawar, which is located in the north of the island near the Kilim Karst Geoforest Park. Follow the signs for Gua Kelawar, and you will find the entrance to the attraction.

Start at any central location in Satun and make your way to the Satun Bus Terminal. Board a bus heading to the ferry terminal in Kuala Perlis, which is the departure point for ferries to Langkawi. After arriving in Kuala Perlis, purchase your ferry ticket and board the ferry to Langkawi. Upon arrival at Langkawi, take a local bus or taxi from the ferry terminal to Gua Kelawar, located within the Kilim Karst Geoforest Park. Ensure to ask the driver to drop you off at Gua Kelawar or look for signs leading to the attraction.
