Car
If you are driving, start from the main road in Khao Lak. Head north on Highway 4 towards Khura Buri. Continue on this road for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the junction for Ko Phra Thong. Follow the signs to Ko Phra Thong and park your car at the designated parking area near the pier. Please note that parking fees may apply, generally around 100 THB per day.

Public Transportation
To reach Ko PA Yu (Ko Jed) using public transportation, take a bus from Khao Lak to Khura Buri. Buses depart regularly from the Khao Lak bus station and the fare is approximately 50-100 THB. Once you arrive in Khura Buri, take a local tuk-tuk or songthaew (shared taxi) to the Ko Phra Thong Pier, which is about 10 kilometers away. The fare for the tuk-tuk should be around 100-150 THB. From the pier, you will need to hire a longtail boat to Ko PA Yu, which typically costs around 1,500-2,500 THB for a round trip, depending on the negotiation.
