If you have rented a car in Similan Islands, head towards the main road leading to Phang-nga. Use Highway 4 (Phetkasem Road) which connects to Highway 401. Follow the signs towards Phang-nga, which is approximately a 1.5 to 2-hour drive depending on traffic. Once you reach Mueang Phang-nga District, look for Thung Kha Ngok area. The park is located at 49 1, Thung Kha Ngok, and you can easily find it using GPS coordinates: 8.5819889, 98.4443514.

Public Transportation - Bus
From Similan Islands, you will first need to take a boat back to the mainland. After arriving at Thap Lamu Pier, take a local bus heading to Phang-nga. The bus ride will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you reach Mueang Phang-nga District, you can get a taxi or a local songthaew (shared taxi) to take you directly to Phang Nga Elephant Park located at 49 1, Thung Kha Ngok. The total cost for the bus ride is around 100-200 THB.
