If you're driving, start by heading towards Phang Nga province. From Phuket, take the route 402 northbound. Continue on Route 402 until you reach the junction with Route 4. Turn right onto Route 4 and follow the signs for Takua Thung District. Once you reach Takua Thung, look for signs pointing to the Khlong Khian area, specifically the pier where boats to Hong Island depart. The journey from Phuket to the pier should take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Make sure to check parking options at the pier before heading out.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Phuket, you can take a bus from the Phuket Bus Terminal to Takua Thung District. Buses are available throughout the day, and the fare is approximately 100-150 THB. Once you arrive at the Takua Thung bus station, you will need to take a local taxi or songthaew (shared taxi) to Khlong Khian pier. This taxi ride should cost around 50-100 THB. Confirm with the driver that they will drop you at the pier for boats to Hong Island.
