From the Sukhothai Historical Park entrance, rent a bicycle. Head southeast on the main road (Sukhothai - Kamphaeng Phet Road) for about 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with 2PC9+2V3. Turn left and continue straight for another 1 kilometer; Wat Chang Lom will be on your right.
