From Trang Town, you can take a local bus (Songthaew) from the Trang Bus Station to Kantang. The fare is approximately 30 THB and the journey takes about 45 minutes. Once in Kantang, transfer to a local Songthaew heading to Ko Lanta Yai. This part of the journey will cost around 50-70 THB and takes about an hour. Ask the driver to drop you off near Ao Muang.
