Boat
To reach Emerald Cave, start your journey at the Kantang Pier in Trang. From the center of Trang, you can take a local tuk-tuk or songthaew (shared taxi) to Kantang Pier, which is approximately 30 kilometers away and will take about 30-40 minutes. Once at the pier, look for local longtail boats that offer trips to Emerald Cave (also known as Tham Morakot). The boat ride will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the sea conditions. Make sure to negotiate the price and confirm your return trip with the boat operator. The boat will take you directly to the cave, which is located on Ko Libong.

From the center of Trang, take a bus or songthaew to Kantang. The bus station is located near the center, and you can catch a bus to Kantang which runs regularly. The travel time is about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Kantang, ask locals for directions to the Kantang Pier. From there, you will need to hire a longtail boat to take you to Emerald Cave.
