Songthaew
From Trat town center, head to the main bus station (near the Trat Bus Terminal). Look for a songthaew heading to Khlong Yai. The fare should be around 50-70 THB. This ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to go to Ammarit Beach or to the nearest drop-off point.
Motorbike Taxi
Once you arrive in Khlong Yai, you may need to take a motorbike taxi to reach Ammarit Beach. Look for a motorbike taxi stand near the bus drop-off point. Negotiate the fare (usually around 30-50 THB) and tell the driver to take you to Ammarit Beach, located at 57VQ+P9F, Khlong Yai, Laem Ngop District.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from the Khlong Yai area, head southeast along the main road towards the beach. Follow the signs towards the coastline. The walk is approximately 1-2 kilometers and should take about 20-30 minutes.
