Getting There

• Public Bus

  From Trat town, head to the main bus terminal located near the center of the town. Look for a bus heading to Ko Chang. Make sure to confirm with the bus driver or staff that they stop at the main pier for Ko Chang. The ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at the pier, you will need to take a ferry to Ko Chang, which operates frequently. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes. After arriving on Ko Chang, disembark and head towards the main road. You can either walk or take a local taxi (songthaew) to get closer to the View Point. The View Point is located on the northern part of the island; follow the signs or ask locals for directions to 'View Point.' It is a popular tourist destination and should be easy to find.

• Songthaew

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a songthaew from Trat town to the ferry terminal. Once you arrive at the terminal, buy a ticket for the ferry to Ko Chang. After the ferry ride, find a songthaew on Ko Chang that goes to the View Point. You can ask the driver to drop you off directly at the View Point, as they are familiar with the location. This option may take a little longer, depending on the waiting times for the ferry and the songthaew.

• Walking (from the ferry terminal on Ko Chang)

  If you're feeling adventurous and want to explore, you can walk from the ferry terminal on Ko Chang to the View Point. After arriving on the island, head north along the main road. It's about a 5 km walk, and you will pass through stunning scenery and local shops. Be sure to stay on the main road and watch for signs directing you to the View Point. This route may take about 1 to 1.5 hours, so wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
