Car Rental
If you're starting from Marsh Harbour, rent a car and head southeast on the Queen's Highway (Route 27) for approximately 16 miles. Look for the signs directing you to Elbow Cay and the ferry terminal. Once you reach the ferry terminal at Treasure Cay, park your car and take the ferry to Elbow Cay. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes, and ferry tickets typically cost around $15 per person one way.

From Marsh Harbour, you can take a local bus to the ferry terminal at Treasure Cay. Buses operate regularly, and the fare is usually around $5 per person.
