Car
If you are traveling by car, start by heading south from Fresh Creek on Andros Island. Take the Queen's Highway (the main road) southbound. Continue driving on this road for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the intersection for the road leading to Cave Beach. Turn west onto the unpaved road that leads directly to the beach area. Follow the signs and markers along the way. Make sure to park in the designated areas upon arrival. Note: The road can be bumpy, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended.
Public Transportation
Using public transportation, you can take a local bus or taxi service from your accommodation to the nearest bus stop on Queen's Highway. Ask the driver to drop you off at the intersection for Cave Beach. Once you arrive at the intersection, you may need to walk for about 10-15 minutes along the unpaved path to reach the beach. Be prepared for the possibility of limited service in remote areas, so check the schedule in advance. Costs may vary, but expect to pay around $5-$10 for the bus fare.
