If you're driving, begin your journey from downtown Nassau. Head east on Bay Street (A1) towards the eastern part of the island. Continue straight for about 3 miles, following the signs for the Paradise Island bridge. After crossing the bridge, follow the road until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto East Bay Street and continue for approximately 1.5 miles. Look for the sign for Cave Beach on your left, just before you reach the entrance to the Atlantis Resort. Turn left onto the access road and follow it to the parking area near the beach. Parking may incur a fee, so be prepared to pay around $5 for a day’s parking.

For those using public transport, start by making your way to the nearest bus stop in downtown Nassau. Look for a bus heading to Paradise Island. The fare is typically around $1.25. Inform the driver that you want to go to Paradise Island, and they will drop you off near the entrance to the island. From there, you will need to walk towards East Bay Street and follow the signs to Cave Beach. It is about a 20-minute walk from the bus drop-off point to the beach. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as the path may have uneven terrain.
