Car
From Bijilo Forest Park, exit the park and take the main road (Kotu Creek Road) towards Banjul. Continue straight for approximately 7 km. You will pass through the towns of Kotu and Bakau. As you approach Banjul, follow the signs to the city center. When you reach the intersection near the Independence Stadium, turn left onto Banjul Road. Continue for about 1 km, then turn right onto FC48+VRX. The Banjul Central Mosque will be located on your left side.
Public Transportation (Bush Taxi)
From Bijilo Forest Park, walk to the nearest bush taxi station in Kotu (about 15 minutes on foot). Look for a taxi heading towards Banjul. The fare is typically around 20-30 GMD (Gambian Dalasi). Once in Banjul, ask the driver to drop you off near the Independence Stadium. From there, walk approximately 1 km along Banjul Road, and turn right onto FC48+VRX. The Banjul Central Mosque will be on your left.
Public Transportation (Local Bus)
Walk to the nearest local bus stop in Kotu (around 15 minutes on foot). Board a bus heading towards Banjul; the fare is generally around 15 GMD. Once you arrive in Banjul, get off near the Independence Stadium. From there, walk approximately 1 km along Banjul Road, and turn right onto FC48+VRX. The Banjul Central Mosque will be on your left.
