The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Brikama Island, you will need to find local transportation, like a taxi or a motorcycle taxi, to reach Banta Island, which is a short distance away.

    From Janjanbureh Island, take a local bush taxi to the nearest major town, which is Banjul. The bush taxi ride may cost around 100-200 GMD and takes about 3 hours. Once you reach Banjul, make your way to the ferry terminal. Purchase a ferry ticket to Brikama Island; the ferry ride costs approximately 50 GMD and takes about 30 minutes. After arriving at Brikama Island, you can hire a taxi or motorcycle taxi to reach Banta Island, which is a short distance away.
