From Kantora, head west on the main road towards Banjul. After approximately 15 km, turn left onto the road signposted for Brikama. Continue on this road for about 10 km, then turn right at the fork towards Brikama Ba. Follow this road for another 5 km until you reach H354+94Q. The Sapu Rice Fields will be on your right. Make sure to have a GPS or map application handy to assist with navigation.

In Kantora, locate the nearest bus or 'gelli-gelli' (shared taxi) station. Board a bus heading towards Banjul. Inform the driver you want to get off at Brikama. After arriving in Brikama, you may need to take a local motorcycle taxi or walk to Brikama Ba. From Brikama Ba, ask locals for directions to Sapu Rice Fields, which is located at H354+94Q. It’s advisable to negotiate the fare with the motorcycle taxi driver beforehand.
