If you are traveling by car, start from the main road in Jokadu. Drive towards the town of Farafenni and follow the signs leading to the ferry terminal at Kerewan. You will need to take the ferry across the Gambia River. The ferry ride costs approximately 50 Dalasi per person. Once you reach the other side, continue driving towards the town of Banjul. From Banjul, head towards the coastal road that leads to Jinack Island, following signs for 'Jinack Lodge'. You will have to park your car at the designated parking area near the island’s ferry terminal, as vehicles are not allowed on the island itself.

To reach Jinack Lodge using public transport, first, take a shared taxi or bush taxi from Jokadu to Farafenni. This ride will cost around 30 Dalasi. From Farafenni, you can catch a local bus or a shared taxi to Kerewan, where you will find the ferry terminal. The ferry crossing to Jinack Island costs about 50 Dalasi.
