Car
From Kantora, head west on the main road (A1) towards Bansang. Continue on the A1 for about 10 kilometers until you reach a junction. At the junction, turn left onto the road leading to Bafuloto. Follow this road for approximately 20 kilometers until you see signs for Makasutu. The park is located at the coordinates 896M+6HC, Bafuloto. There may be a small entrance fee to access the park, typically around D100 (Gambian Dalasi) per person.
Public Transportation
To reach Makasutu by public transport, take a 'Gele-Gele' (shared taxi) from Kantora to Bansang. This ride will cost around D50. Once in Bansang, transfer to a bush taxi heading towards Bafuloto. The fare for this leg will be about D30. Inform the driver that you are going to Makasutu; they will drop you off at the nearest point. From there, you might need to walk or arrange for a motorcycle taxi (costing around D20) to reach the park entrance at 896M+6HC, Bafuloto.
