Start at the center of Janjanbureh, near the local market. Head southeast towards the main road (Banjul – Basse Highway). Continue walking along the road for about 1 kilometer. You will pass local shops and houses. After reaching the junction, take the road leading away from the highway towards the village of N'Jareng Kunda. Follow this road for another 2 kilometers until you see signs for Bankuba Forest Park. The entrance is marked, and you’ll find a small path leading into the park.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Janjanbureh and cycle towards the Banjul – Basse Highway. Turn right and ride southeast for about 1 kilometer. After reaching the junction, turn onto the road towards N'Jareng Kunda. Continue cycling for 2 kilometers, and you will see signs for Bankuba Forest Park. The park entrance will be on your left. Be cautious of any pedestrians and local traffic.
