Look for a shared taxi (also known as 'microlet') heading to Dili. The fare is usually around $2. Get off at the Ave Da Portugal stop in Dili, which is the main road. From there, walk for about 5-10 minutes towards the water, and you will find Dive Timor Lorosae, located along Ave Da Portugal.
Public Transport (Microlet)

From Aileu town center, head to the nearest microlet stop. Take a microlet towards Dili, and ask the driver to drop you off at Ave Da Portugal. The journey will take around 1 hour depending on traffic.
