Getting there

Walking

From the main square of Dili (Maritime Museum), head south along Avenida de Portugal. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Presidente Nicolau Lobato. Turn left onto Avenida Presidente Nicolau Lobato and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and restaurants. Keep an eye out for a sign for Caz Bar which is located at FJ88+C39. It should be on your right side. The bar is a popular spot, so if you need directions, don’t hesitate to ask a local.

Walking

If you are starting from Hotel Timor, exit the hotel and head east towards Avenida de Portugal. Turn right onto Avenida de Portugal and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Presidente Nicolau Lobato. Turn left and walk for about 5 minutes. Caz Bar will be on your right at FJ88+C39. The bar is known for its vibrant atmosphere, so look out for its lively entrance.

Public Transport (Bus)

Board a local bus heading towards Comoro. You can catch the bus from the main bus station near the market. Inform the driver that you are going to Caz Bar or ask for the nearest stop. Once you reach the stop closest to Avenida Presidente Nicolau Lobato, disembark and walk towards the bar. It is approximately a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow Avenida Presidente Nicolau Lobato until you see Caz Bar on your right.

Bicycle

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the waterfront area of Dili. Cycle along the coast on Avenida de Portugal heading south. When you reach the intersection with Avenida Presidente Nicolau Lobato, turn left. Continue cycling for about 10 minutes until you spot Caz Bar on your right at FJ88+C39. Make sure to lock your bike securely before entering the bar.
