There is no parking at the waterfall itself, but you can park on the roadside near the entrance.

Once in Baucau, find a local minibus heading towards Matebian Mountain. This will cost approximately $2 and takes around an hour. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the turn-off for Loihuno. From there, you will need to walk approximately 5 km along a dirt path to reach the waterfall. Be prepared for a hike, as the trail can be steep and uneven.
