    Car

    From Baucau, drive towards Matebian Mountain. Follow the main road leading out of Baucau, which is marked as the road towards Laga. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the entrance to Matebian Mountain. It's approximately 30 km from Baucau to the foot of the mountain. Once you reach the entrance, park your car in the designated area. From the parking area, continue on foot towards Wuku-ba'i by following the marked hiking trails.

    Public Transportation

    Take a minibus (known locally as a mikrolet) from the main bus terminal in Baucau heading towards Laga. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the turn-off for Matebian Mountain. The fare is usually around $1-2. After getting off, you will need to walk approximately 2 km to the entrance of Matebian Mountain where you can find the trail leading to Wuku-ba'i. Ensure to ask locals for directions if you feel uncertain.

    Hiking

    Once you are at the entrance of Matebian Mountain, you will need to hike to reach Wuku-ba'i. The hike is approximately 4 km and will take about 1-2 hours depending on your pace.
