One Dollar Beach: A Tranquil Paradise

Getting There

• Walking

  Starting from the center of Same, head west on Avenida de Portugal until you reach the intersection with Rua da Paz. Turn left onto Rua da Paz and continue straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by local shops and residential areas. Keep an eye out for local signage guiding you towards the beach. Once you reach the end of Rua da Paz, you will see a dirt path leading towards the coastline. Follow this path, and it will lead you directly to One Dollar Beach. The walk should take approximately 20-30 minutes.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Same. Start at the town's central square and head towards Avenida de Portugal. Cycle west along this road until you reach the junction with Rua da Paz. Turn left onto Rua da Paz and continue straight. Be cautious of the uneven terrain. Upon reaching the dirt path at the end of Rua da Paz, follow it to the beach. The cycling route should take around 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.

• Motorbike

  If you have access to a rented motorbike, begin at the main square in Same. Head west on Avenida de Portugal, and when you reach the intersection with Rua da Paz, turn left. Continue down Rua da Paz until you reach the end. Look for the dirt path leading to the beach. Parking is available by the beach area. The journey on a motorbike should take around 10-15 minutes.
