From the central market of Same, head east towards the main road. Once you reach the main road, turn right and continue walking straight for about 500 meters. You'll pass a few local shops and cafes along the way. As you approach the outskirts of the town, keep an eye out for a small sign pointing towards the Rate Muçulmano / Islamic Cemetery. Follow the sign, which will lead you down a narrow path. The cemetery will be located on your left after a short walk of about 200 meters.
