If you are driving, start from the center of Agbodrafo and head towards the main road leading to Lomé. Follow the signs for Lomé, which is about 15 kilometers away. As you approach Lomé, look for the signs directing you to the Musee National, located at 6.1307° N, 1.2180° E. There is parking available near the museum, but be cautious of local traffic rules and parking fees, which may apply.
Public Transportation
To reach Musee National by public transport, you can take a shared taxi (called 'benskin') from Agbodrafo to Lomé. These taxis usually leave from central locations in Agbodrafo and cost around 500 CFA francs per person. Ask the driver to drop you off at the main market in Lomé (Grande Marché), which is a well-known landmark. From the market, you can walk to the museum by heading east on Avenue Jean-Paul II. It’s about a 30-minute walk. Alternatively, you can take a motorcycle taxi from the market to the museum for about 200 CFA francs.
