From the main road in Foa, head towards the beach and follow the coast towards Mu'a. Keep the ocean to your right as you walk. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the entrance to Mu'a village. Continue walking through the village, passing local homes and shops. Follow the signs that lead towards the historical sites. After about another 500 meters, you will see a sign for Paepae o Tele'a on your left. The site is just a short walk from the main path.

If you have a bicycle, start from the center of Foa and head towards the coastline. Ride along the main coastal road, staying close to the beach. After about 2 kilometers, you will enter Mu'a. Continue riding through the village, watching for local signs to guide you. After you pass through Mu'a, keep an eye out for the sign indicating Paepae o Tele'a, which will be on your left-hand side. The total distance is approximately 3 kilometers from Foa to the site.
