Getting There

Walking
From the main village center of Ha'ano, head south towards the coastline. Follow the dirt path that leads you past local houses and gardens. Continue walking for about 20 minutes until you reach the edge of the coastline. You should see the ocean ahead of you. Turn right and follow the coastal path, which may be rocky but is well-trodden. After approximately 10 more minutes of walking, you will start to hear the sound of the blowholes. Follow the path until you reach the viewing area of Mapu'a Vaea Blowholes.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the village center in Ha'ano and ride south towards the coast. There is a clear path that leads you through the village and towards the ocean. After about 15 minutes of biking, you will reach the waterfront. Turn right and continue along the coastal path, which is suitable for cycling. After riding for another 10 minutes, you will arrive at the Mapu'a Vaea Blowholes, where you can park your bike and enjoy the view.
