If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards the main town of Lifuka in Ha'apai. Once you reach Lifuka, look for the signs directing you to Kala'au. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes. After you arrive in Kala'au, navigate towards the coordinates VM84+458, Unnamed Road, where Tsunami Rock is located. There is limited parking near the site, so be prepared to park responsibly.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, catch a local bus or taxi from Lifuka to Kala'au. The bus service operates but may have limited schedules, so it’s best to check local timings. Upon reaching Kala'au, ask the driver to drop you off near the Tsunami Rock location at VM84+458, Unnamed Road. It may require a short walk of about 10 minutes from the bus drop-off point to the rock itself.
Walking
If you find yourself in Kala'au and are up for a walk, Tsunami Rock is accessible by foot. Depending on your starting point within Kala'au, it can take approximately 20-30 minutes to walk to the coordinates VM84+458, Unnamed Road.
