Walking
From the center of Kolovai, head south on the main road towards Nuku'alofa. Continue straight for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the main road leading into Nuku'alofa. Turn left at this intersection. Continue for another 1.5 kilometers, passing by local shops and residential areas. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Talamahu Market. The market is located on the left side of the road, just past the central bus station. You should see the market's entrance, which is easily recognizable by its colorful stalls and vibrant atmosphere.
Bicycle
If you prefer to ride a bicycle, start from the Kolovai community center. Head south towards the main road, then turn right onto the main road leading to Nuku'alofa. Maintain a steady pace as you ride for about 3 kilometers. Be cautious of the traffic as you approach Nuku'alofa. When you see the signs for Talamahu Market, prepare to slow down and look for a safe place to park your bicycle. The market will be on your left-hand side after the bus station.
Public Transport (bus)
To reach Talamahu Market from Kolovai using public transport, walk to the nearest bus stop along the main road. Board a bus heading towards Nuku'alofa. The bus ride will take around 15-20 minutes. Inform the bus driver that you want to stop at Talamahu Market. Once you reach Nuku'alofa, get off at the stop closest to the market, which is near the central bus station. From there, walk a short distance to the market entrance on your left.
