From anywhere in Ofu Island, make your way to the main road leading to the ferry terminal or the main road towards the capital. Follow signs to Nuku'alofa, which is located approximately 30 km away. Once in Nuku'alofa, look for the signs pointing to the Tonga National Museum, located centrally in the city. Parking is usually available nearby, but be mindful of local parking regulations.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a local bus or taxi service from various parts of Ofu Island to Nuku'alofa. The bus routes are relatively straightforward, and ticket prices are generally affordable, around TOP 5-10. Ask the driver to drop you off near the city center.
