Car
If you are driving, start from the main village area in Tafahi. Head south on the main road until you reach the junction for Taufa'ahau Rd. Turn right onto Taufa'ahau Rd and continue straight for approximately 10 minutes. You will see the Ha'amonga 'a Maui Trilithon on your left. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Ha'amonga 'a Maui Trilithon via public transport, take a local bus or shared taxi from Tafahi to Niutoua. Buses usually run every hour; however, it's advisable to check the schedule at your accommodation. Once you arrive in Niutoua, walk along Taufa'ahau Rd for about 15 minutes. The trilithon will be on your right. Make sure to have some local currency for the bus fare, which typically costs around 5-10 Tongan Paʻanga.
