If you are traveling by car, start from Nuku'alofa city center. Head northeast on Taufa'ahau Rd, following signs towards the coastline. Continue straight for approximately 4 km until you reach the intersection at the waterfront. Turn right onto the coastal road (Vuna Rd) and continue for about 2 km. You will see the Monument located at VR63+8QX on your right side. There is parking available nearby.

To reach the Monument using public transportation, take a local bus or taxi from the Nuku'alofa bus terminal. Look for buses heading towards the coast, specifically those that mention 'Vuna Rd' as a stop. The fare is usually around TOP 1-2 (Tongan Paʻanga).
