Experience Nuku'alofa Tonga Temple

Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving from Neiafu, head south on Vava'u Highway (also known as the main road) towards Liahona. Continue for about 30 minutes until you reach the intersection with Loto Rd. Turn left onto Loto Rd and follow it for about 5 minutes. The Nuku'alofa Tonga Temple will be on your right side. There is free parking available on-site.

    If you prefer using public transport, take a local bus from Neiafu to Liahona. The bus fare is approximately 5 TOP (Tongan Paʻanga). Once you arrive in Liahona, ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to Loto Rd. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to the temple. Head west on Loto Rd, and you will see the Nuku'alofa Tonga Temple on your left.
