If you have your own car, exit the Asa Wright Nature Centre and head south on the main road towards the town of Arima. After approximately 10 minutes, turn left onto La Laja Road. Continue on La Laja Road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the trailhead for Lalaja Waterfall. There is limited parking available near the entrance, but you may need to park along the roadside if the area is busy.

To reach Lalaja Waterfall via public transportation, walk to the nearest bus stop from Asa Wright Nature Centre. Take a bus heading towards Arima.
