From Asa Wright Nature Centre, head south on the main road towards the entrance. Turn left onto the North Coast Road (Route 1) and continue for about 6.5 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Blanchisseuse. When you reach the village of Blanchisseuse, turn left onto a small road leading towards the river. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Marianne River.

From Asa Wright Nature Centre, walk to the nearest bus stop on the North Coast Road. Catch a minibus or taxi heading towards Blanchisseuse. The fare is approximately $15 TTD. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at Blanchisseuse. Once you arrive in the village, walk towards the river by following the signs or asking locals for directions to Marianne River, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the main road.
