If you are driving from Tunapuna-Piarco, start by heading west on the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway towards the Eastern Main Road. Take the exit for the Eastern Main Road and continue through Tunapuna. Keep going straight until you reach the Lopinot Road junction. Turn right onto Lopinot Road and follow it for approximately 10 minutes. After passing through the village of Lopinot, look for signs pointing towards Lopinot River. The river is located at the address MMVH+843, Lopinot. Please note that the roads may be narrow and winding, so drive carefully.
