Car
From San Juan-Laventille, head east on the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway (CRH) towards the Blanchisseuse Road exit. Take exit 25 for Blanchisseuse Road and continue following the signs for Blanchisseuse. After about 10 minutes on Blanchisseuse Road, you will reach a T-junction. Turn left, and continue straight for approximately 5 kilometers until you see signs for Las Cuevas Beach. There are no tolls on this route, and parking is available at the beach.

Public Transportation
To reach Las Cuevas Beach using public transportation, start by taking a taxi or a bus from San Juan-Laventille to Port of Spain. From there, look for a bus heading to Blanchisseuse. The bus ride should take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Blanchisseuse, you can take a local taxi or walk along the coast road for about 1.5 kilometers to reach Las Cuevas Beach. Be prepared for a small fare for the bus (around TT$20) and the local taxi (which may vary from TT$30 to TT$50 depending on negotiations).
