Getting there

Car

From Port of Spain, take the Churchill Roosevelt Highway east towards Arima. Continue on the Eastern Main Road through Sangre Grande. Look for signs for the North Coast Road and turn left. Follow the North Coast Road until you reach La Fillette Beach. Parking may be limited, so arrive early if possible.

Public Transportation

Take a taxi or maxi taxi from Port of Spain to Sangre Grande. From Sangre Grande, you can either hire a taxi to take you directly to La Fillette Beach or take a bus heading towards Toco and ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to the beach. Please note that public transportation options may be limited and schedules may vary, so it's advisable to plan your trip accordingly.
