If you are traveling by car from Buccoo Reef, start by heading north on the Buccoo Road towards the Scarborough area. Continue on this road for about 3.5 kilometers until you reach the junction at the Scarborough Main Road (also known as the Claude Noel Highway). Turn left onto the Scarborough Main Road. After about 1 kilometer, you will see signs for Bacolet Beach. Turn right onto the Bacolet Road and follow it until you reach the parking area for the beach. There may be a small parking fee, depending on the lot you choose.

Public Transportation
To reach Bacolet Beach using public transportation, you can take a taxi or a minibus from Buccoo Reef to Scarborough. Look for a taxi or minibus that is heading towards Scarborough, and inform the driver you want to get off at Bacolet Beach. The fare will typically be around TT$10-15 per person. Once you arrive in Scarborough, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the beach entrance by heading towards the Bacolet Road. Follow the signs along the way.

If you prefer to walk, and are staying close enough in Buccoo Reef, you can walk to Bacolet Beach. Begin by following the Buccoo Road north towards Scarborough. This walk is about 4.5 kilometers and should take around 1 hour. Once you reach the Scarborough Main Road, turn left and continue walking until you see the signs for Bacolet Beach. This is a scenic walk, but be sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
